What Do You Need to Be Successful?

Qualifications for Success

• Education: Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. 
• Professional Standing: Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. 
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist. 
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. 

A Day in the Life of a FunctionAbility Physiotherapist 

• Client Assessments: Conduct initial in-home or in-hospital assessments. 
• Patient Care: Assess and treat individuals with neurological and orthopedic disorders or injuries. 
• Goal Setting: Work with patients to establish and achieve meaningful goals in their homes and communities. 
• Collaborate with Professionals: Liaise with a variety of community partners and rehabilitation professionals to support client independence. 
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest practices through training and networking opportunities.
